Our single mother training center residence will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for single mothers who are looking to improve their lives and the lives of their children. Our program will offer training in life skills, career development, financial management, parenting, and more.

Through our newest partnership with Louisville Metro Housing Authority, we are now able to guide our clients towards the path of home ownership. Through collaborations with real estate agencies, mortgage lenders, and housing authorities, we can assist our clients in navigating the complex process of purchasing a home. By providing access to resources and support, we empower our clients to achieve this significant milestone and establish a stable foundation for themselves and their families.

What is the purpose of this kick-off meeting?

Join us for Life of a Single Moms Group kick-off celebration, hosted by New Horizon Baptist Church, in partnership with New Directions Ministries Training Center for Single Parents. This kick-off session is for single mothers, women who are interested in volunteering for either our hospitality or mentor teams, ministry partners, sponsors and donors who'd like to learn more about our Single Parents group.

This group is designed to support single moms, by providing life skills, utilizing biblical principles; while providing the necessary mentorship and support single mothers need to fore fill their God-given purpose.
What to expect?

We have planned an exciting event for you to fellowship, network with other non-profit organizations, and local community leaders. Additionally, we have invited powerful guest speakers, we'll have refreshments and so much more!
